As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will have the exciting role of working with our account managers, inside sales team, and channel partners in presenting Aerohive's solution offerings and architecture to prospects and customers. You will be responsible for evoking confidence in Aerohive's functionality and technology infrastructure, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. The position requires understanding the needs of Aerohive customers and channel partners and translating those needs into a presentation including a demonstration of Aerohive's functional and technical capabilities. You are a critical team member in the continuing dramatic growth of Aerohive Network - the market leader in WLAN 2.0 solutions.

Aerohive Networks is currently looking for a highly motivated outside sales professional with experience selling enterprise wireless LAN solutions in London.
You will be responsible for generating end user demand with mid- to large-sized enterprise/commercial accounts, educational institutions, and state & local agencies through face to face sales calls as well as building and managing VAR and Strategic partners in the region. You will report to the UK Sales Manager.
Fulfillment of the product will be done primarily through channel partners. This is an individual contributor role responsible for delivering on sales quotas and growing the assigned region through aggressive prospecting, identifying, negotiating and closing of new accounts.

Aerohive Networks (The 'Hive') is seeking motivated, self-driven and results-oriented "closers" to join our Inside Sales Team based in our UK offices in Farnham, Surrey or in territory (France). Successful candidates will have a history of over-achievement in closing leads, supporting partners and selling products to customers by showcasing how effective the product is to their business and lives. Ideal candidates are sales athletes with highly infectious, energetic and driven personalities. This person must be able to manage all stages of the sales cycle, working closely with prospects, channel partners and the field sales teams. Fluent with CRM/PRM systems and comfortable working with and tracking key sales metrics, the ISR is a key player and important contributor to the overall success of the Aerohive Networks sales team. This person must be fluent in both verbal and written French.
