Aerohive is looking for a dynamic motivated Senior WW Planning Manager to develop its forecasting process and be our Subject Matter Expert (SME/Demand Planning). In this role, you will have an opportunity to utilize your business acumen, influencing, strategic, project management, and analytical skills to deliver timely and relevant demand forecasts. You will own the demand forecasting and planning for all Aerohive business. As the Principal, WW Planning Manager, this worldwide leadership role is pivotal to the continued growth of Aerohive Devices.
Specifically, you will develop, maintain and improve data-driven demand models to provide accurate forecasts in an ever-changing business environment. You own and drive strategic decisions, manager new product launches for all Aerohive devices. You will also complete root cause analyses and develop mitigation plans for any unexpected demand changes. You are adept at contributing to the improvement of Aerohive demand forecasting by developing automated tools that improve the speed and accuracy of both product and accessories forecasts. Additionally, you are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and using analytics to improve forecasting methods. You will be required to analyze large amounts of data, identify significant trends, and adjust to meet an ever-evolving demand landscape. You will work with a strong team of Operations, Sales and Marketing, PLM, NPI team leaders with a wide and rich experience in the industry who are willing to adapt new technologies. You can effectively communicate data analysis, changes to model inputs/outputs, and forecast impacts which have relevance to business operations to a broad audience. You are also a creative problem solver passionate about building, maintaining, and driving innovative technology-based solutions to deliver outstanding customer service while streamlining the process. In detail, you will have Work cross functionally with PLM, Marketing Engineering, Procurement, Sale Operations, NPI team, logistics and our Executive Team. You will develop AOP, BOQ, and monthly forecast plans which become POR, while executing the most cost-effective supply chain solutions.
