  • Job Summary

    Acting in a pivotal role within a talented marketing team, the candidate will perform as a key internal / external liaison in the Asia region and be responsible for the planning and execution of the regional field marketing plan that will generate sales leads and pipeline mutually for Aerohive and our partners. The marketing plan activities include custom tradeshows, lunch & learns, product trainings, webinars, coordinatization of joint field events with partners, direct events in region, and email marketing.

     

    This is a remote position and will report directly to Aerohive’s Sr. Manager, Field Marketing based in the United States.

    Responsibilities

    • Sales Enablement:
      • Align marketing initiatives with the sales goals of Area Vice President
      • Conduct weekly meetings with sales team on marketing and business development initiatives
      • Maintain SFDC lead dashboard and ensure leads are followed-up in a timely manner
      • Provide monthly activity performance reports, budgets, metrics, and follow-up to sales field and management

     

    • Channel communication management and coordination:
      • Liaise with the Channel Marketing team to execute ongoing regular communications with Distributor & Reseller base
      • Set-up and ongoing coordination of Channel Update Webinars

     

    • Coordination of Channel activities:
      • Scope Channel event requests, including sales/speaker/merchandise/graphics/collateral print support
      • Oversee organization of regular channel workshops & training
      • Responsible for Lead/MQL management from marketing activities, working with Marketing Operations & SFDC
      • Manage events for key annual conferences for Asia Pacific

     

    • Ongoing Partner/Distributor Relationship Management and Marketing plan assistance:
      • Bi-annual planning cycle management/communication
      • Campaign execution and lead generation activity support for Channel Partners
      • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in area distributors, resellers, and alliance partners
      • Marketing budget management

     

    • Awareness and Success Story management
      • Coordination of case study requests; liaison with Global PR (internal) for inclusion and execution within announcement schedule

    Qualifications

    • Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese and other Asian languages a plus
    • Strong knowledge of Business to Business technology
    • Channel marketing experience: Can evidence experience of managing and coordinating cooperative marketing initiatives, representing multiple stakeholders, and expectations/interests
    • Business development / account management – growing relationships through marketing activities with channel
    • Experience managing budgets and deadlines
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional program and project management skills
    • Strong team player with initiative, a positive attitude and proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven creative ability and resourcefulness in generating new ideas and solving problems
    • Build and maintain proactive involvement with all levels of staff and community members
    • Must be able to work independently
    • Proven organization skills
    • Excellent oral and communication skills
    • Pardot, Salesforce, and Webinar platform experience a plus
