    The Sales Operations Analyst will support and drive sales operations activities in support of Aerohive WWFO (Worldwide Field Operations) comprising sales and channel reps, sales engineers, and technical support. 

    Responsibilities

    • Sales reporting, forecasting, analytics, KPI, sale dashboards, metrics for SVP, WWFO and sales leadership design and implementation
    • Process Point of Sales orders that come through our value-added distributors
    • Coordination with our revenue team for rebate order accruals and monthly/quarter end activities
    • Being a key liaison with Sales, Finance, Channels, and Legal for forecasting and analysis.
    • Ensure all state contract documentation is in compliance and maintained
    • CRM (Salesforce.com) and ERP data quality and integration consistency, maintenance, process improvements, forecast quality and integrity.
    • Proactively design and implement reporting and analytics for WWFO sales leadership teams in all facets of their business.
    • Coordinating and managing sales training for WWFO on new tools, processes, applications, and methodologies.
    •  This role will participate actively in representing Sales Operations in Aerohive cross-functional teams focused on key company-wide initiatives. 
    • Role has worldwide impact. Develop strong working relationships with the company’s international operation.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience in a sales operations environment, preferably in the high tech industry
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
    • Proven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management team
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team environment
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com & Net Suite
    • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
