    What you will do....

    Reporting to the Manager International Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for partner portal administration, deal registration, channel reporting and analysis, salesforce partner data maintenance.  Cross functional co-ordination between Sales and Channels is a key part of this role.


    Additional functions in this role include providing cover and support for other members of the sales operations team around customer queries, renewals and POS processing


    The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail are key skills required to perform this role. The individual will be required to be proactive, comfortable to exercise independent judgment to escalate any issues and engage other functions (Sales, Finance, and Operations) when required


    Who you are...

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Previous experience in a Sales Operations/Sales Support/Order Entry environment within an IT channel environment.
    • CRM and ERP experience essential, Salesforce experience highly desired
    • Excellent data analysis and reconciliation skills using excel Pivot tables and vlookup formulae and ability to analyze large datasets.
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Passion for customer service and excellence
    • Receptive and positive attitude to change
