    Aerohive Networks is looking for a strong Commissions Analyst to join our Finance team supporting a high performing Sales Organization. In this role, you will work with closely with HR, Sales Operations, and payroll.     Responsibilities


    • Calculate, administer, and submit monthly commissions payouts within specified deadlines for assigned sales team(s)

    • Monitor and maintain our Xactly Incent Commissions System to ensure accuracy and completeness of commissions results

    • Validate and audit monthly reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

    • Troubleshoot and resolve commission issues in a timely, and customer centric fashion

    • Calculate commission projection and accruals for posting ME/QE/YE Close JEs

    • Perform support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication, and administering of sales commissions and incentive programs, plans, policies, and quotas

    • Work closely with other business partners and departments such as Sales Operations, HR, FP&A, and Business Systems to drive on-going process refinement to improve the efficiency and accuracy of sales commissions calculations and reporting

    • Play a key role in evaluating, testing and implementing new Sales Incentive Management Directives

    • Develop, maintain, and update process documentation and other documentation critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation or sales team metrics

    • Provide guidance and training to sales teams on commissions plan structures, reports, policy, and other relevant processes

    Qualifications


    • BA/BS in Business Administration or related degree required; 3+ years’ professional experience in a software company and with at least 3 years in sales commissions role

    • Proficient in MS Suite including Microsoft Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, chart/graphs)

    • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or similar CRM tools

    • Experience with Xactly Incent and/or similar Commissioning tools

    • Experience with NetSuite and/or similar ERP tools

    • Experience developing new as well as updating and improving upon existing processes/workflows

    • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy

    • Results oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving mentality

    • Willingness to jump in and assist in ad hoc projects

    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

    • Exceptional financial and analytical skills with ability to recommend solutions to resolve complex business issues

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Quick thinker and learner with ability to grow and think outside the box

    • Self-motivated and driven with ability to multi-task with limited supervision
