    Aerohive Networks is seeking a systems-oriented, data-driven marketing automation superstar for our marketing team. You are ideal for this role if you eat / live / breathe marketing metrics and are a Pardot expert.     Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will own and operate all marketing tools and infrastructure to support lead generation and pipeline creation. You will work with key stakeholders to manage the marketing campaign execution calendar and related process. In addition, you will drive and align campaign execution with our marketing strategy for measuring the impact we have on the company and our industry including developing KPIs and the dashboards and processes required to track our progress.

    Pardot Operations and Administration:

    • Manage the campaign execution operations between program managers and outsource campaign execution team
    • Operationalize marketing programs to support demand-gen campaigns, nurture campaigns, trade shows, webinars, content-marketing, newsletter, go-to-market programs,
    • Create and manage all Pardot templates, assets, libraries, smart lists, flows, forms, and reports.
    • Manage and drive enhancements to our marketing technology stack explore new product enhancements, integration with existing workflows, etc.
    • Own the contact database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Implement tools and procedures to improve hygiene and quality of data captured on forms and from uploaded lists.
    • Enable field-based segmentation of the database for targeted list creation.
    • Partner with our Salesforce Admin to manage our Pardot - Salesforce integration, lead management, and lead routing.
    • Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of Pardot and be the system super-user, driving improvements and best practices.
    • Design, implement, and document campaign processes. Act as primary point of contact between sales and marketing in the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of marketing campaign activities.
    • Ensure data hygiene within the marketing automation platform and how data flows to the CRM
    • Evaluate, rollout, integrate and maintain key marketing platforms
    • Design new and maintain existing marketing performance reports and dashboards
    • Work with Sales Ops and IT to build and maintain systems for capturing and distributing a variety of inbound leads
    • Implement database segmentation aligned with personas, industries and product interest
    • Support company’s ABM initiatives through list development, alerts and reporting


    • Manage detailed tracking of marketing programs across various channels (search, email, display advertising, conferences, etc.) Analyze data and translate analysis into successful actions to further optimize programs.
    • Build reports and dashboards to aid in analyzing marketing performance by campaign, channel, asset, etc.
    • Build reports and dashboards to measure, monitor, and optimize the revenue funnel from inquiry to MQL to closed opportunity.
    • Provide oversight in the technical planning and implementation of lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring programs.
    • Manage A|B tests, and continuously optimize email templates, landing pages, and forms.
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Own end-to-end analytics/reporting database, campaign effectiveness, email performance, landing page conversions, lead engagement, etc.
    • Perform in depth user funnel analysis for executive team


    Required Skills & Experience: 

    • Bachelor's in Marketing or Equivalent Work Experience.
    • 4 years of hands-on experience using Pardot or marketing automation tool as an admin user.
    • Successful track record of creating, executing, and measuring campaigns within Pardot, including database management, list development, setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs, and reporting on campaign analytics
    • Experience with Salesforce.com as a marketing or admin user; demonstrated understanding of CRM concepts such as lead management and lead routing
    • Demonstrated proficiency in creating webinar registration pages, forms, and triggered emails, and integrating with larger campaign flow in Pardot and website. Experience using GoToWebinar, ON24 (or any major webinar platform) to plan and produce webinars.
    • Capable of working alone and in a cross-functional team when necessary
    • Pardot certification is a strong plus
    • SFDC certification a plus
    • Proficiency with HTML and CSS as it relates to email and landing page creation.
