    What you will do...

    • Responsible for your own regions in terms of orders, holds and customer support
    • Working with ERP and CRM systems
    • Receiving and processing purchase orders (Service and Hardware)
    • Review, clean and book customer orders in accordance with guidelines, work instructions, contractual and audit requirements
    • Manage Holds, Return Material Authorizations, and Credit requests
    • Working with customers and internal departments to release orders from hold
    • Provide order status, data analysis, and reporting as required
    • Customer support on order related topics such as shipment inquiries
    • Working with the customer to increase operational effectiveness


    Who you are...

    • 100% focus and dedication during Month-end and Quarter-end.
    • A good understanding of hardware products and cloud-enabled services
    • Strong overall order management experience with hardware products and cloud-enabled services.
    • MS office proficiency is essential
    • Experience in internal/external customer interactions –written and verbal
    • Strong Team Player, able to create and maintain a high level of motivation
    • Pays close attention to details and well organized
    • Ability to produce results when working under pressure
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-starter and not afraid to ask questions when unsure
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written), required
    • Other International languages advantageous (French, German, Spanish, etc.)
    • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce advantageous
    • Logical and analytical skills
    • Order management and B2B customer support experience
    • Bachelor's degree required
