Warehouse Logistics Manager

What you will do...

  • Monitor the day-to-day performance of the company’s Third Party logistics providers focusing on the operational side (eg. Shipping/Receiving, logistics optimization/cost reductions, program start-up activities, financial targets, metrics analysis, process audit and implement corrective action plans
  • Develop ownership of Global Inventory Management, responsible for min/max target setting, initiating purchases for company’s accessory product line, inventory optimization projects, maintaining inventory integrity across applications, annual PI
  • Devise and implement strategies to reduce total supply chain cycle time by engaging with internal departments and external partners
  • Selectively drive warehouse process optimizations as needed in support of other partners processes and procedures with the aim to gain efficiencies and productivity   
  • Responsible for the facilitation of system improvements, process enhancements, change management, training, education, and metric analysis
  • Collaborate with all operating areas to ensure business objectives are achieved i.e. customer service, warehouse planning, sales and order entry
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of transactional workflow through company's departments with particular understanding of procedures and policies within supply chain organization
  • Maintain familiarity with company's products
  • Support a team-oriented work environment and mindset


Who you are...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Business or related field
  • 3 or more years related warehouse/planning/forecasting and/OR IT related experience
  • Solid understanding of data analysis including advanced proficiency with Excel and other tools
  • Exceptional results orientated with a high degree of personal initiative
  • Comfortable in an environment with high rate of change
  • Ability to transform problems into practical business solutions
  • Work well under pressure and against deadlines
  • Highly skilled in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, internal clients, vendors, etc.
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Familiarity with EDI a BIG plus
