Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be a part of the Corporate FP&A Team. You report to the Senior Manager, Finance and be interfacing with the Business Operations, International and Local Accounting teams and be responsible for maintaining, updating relevant performance metrics. Your role will include providing variance analysis, clearly explaining the business reasons for variances, and partnering with Business leaders to adjust the outlook models to reflect operational adjustments. You will also be directly involved in the coordination of the various planning cycles (annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks). You will have exposure and visibility to senior executives. Strict attention to detail and an ability to set and meet tight deadlines will be important for your success.


“What you will do”

  • Take ownership of company business scorecard including financial and non-financial metrics, which provides effective metrics and financial analysis
  • Complete activities on companywide Financial Planning & Analysis calendar in a timely manner
  • Understand and communicate financial results and trends to business management, and recommend appropriate course of action when results differ from the plan
  • Conduct analysis and develop insights that improve the quality of decision making within the executive team
  • Proactively drive financial quarterly and strategic objectives
  • Partners cross-functionally with all personnel in finance and non-finance organizations effectively
  • Works closely with Business Partners including the CFO


“Who you are?”

  • Prior Experience as Senior Financial Analyst
  • Skilled in financial statement consolidations at the company or division level
  • Skilled in Financial Planning & Analysis support to the functions of Engineering and Product Management
  • 5 years of progressive development in Finance and Accounting
  • Supervisory experience is a PLUS
  • Demonstrates pride and ownership in work
  • Detail-oriented and accurate
  • Meets deadlines and deliver results on time and thoroughly
  • Capable of solving complex problems
  • Knowledge of Adaptive Planning or comparable Finance Consolidation Application
  • Works well as a member of a team and/or independently
  • Excellent analytical and business support skills
  • Advanced excel and modeling capabilities
  • Self-motivated and maintains the highest degree of ethics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA highly desired
