Marketing Program Manager

Job Summary

In this role you will be responsible for planning, tracking, and driving marketing development for Aerohive’s global marketing department.  The person will manage inter-dependencies between marketing teams, and program managing across the company, including budgets, trackers, and represent marketing in the NPI process.


What you will do....

  • Project manage global marketing teams and activities, linking all stakeholders, managing calendarsm, and ensuring activity readiness.
  • Create and manage production calendars; Communicate calendar expectations to relevant internal and external teams and personnel.
  • Collaborate with team members to assemble all necessary activity specifications; communicate requirements to respective teams.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with internal and external personnel to ensure a flawless execution for each activity.
  • Communicate with relevant personnel to ensure that activities are executed to completion and adequate proof of performance is provided.
  • Manage department’s budget and assist, create purchase orders, and collect invoices as needed.
  • Interface with and represent marketing on cross-company initiatives, such as NPI and systems development.
  • Assist in the establishment and development of processes/procedures.
  • Maintain strong metrics. You are responsible to ensure all team member are on-time and on-budget.
  • Liaise with and guide cross-functional teams to ensure company readiness for new projects is being met.


Who you are...

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of  marketing program management experience in a high-tech environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Enginering, or other relevant field.
  • Demonstrated track record of handling multi-faceted projects.
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment, and perform well under pressure with deadlines.
  • Ability to motivate and focus cross-functional teams to reach challenging goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
