Job Summary

As the leader of corporate demand generation campaigns and marketing operations, you’ll be one of our global marketing leaders to drive our brand awareness, thought leadership, lead generation, and pipeline growth.

In this fast-paced and growing business we need a seasoned global marketing leader. The role reports directly to the VP, Marketing.   The primary responsibilities will be to create the global marketing demand campaign strategies and deliver programs across the company.  This role will be responsible for creating demand and managing all marketing operations globally.  You’ll also have a growing team to manage and coach.


“What you will do”

  • Understand the wireless networking/mobility business objectives in order to build aligned strategies for Global demand generation, awareness and renewal programs
  • Build an integrated Global marketing plan, with input from the regions, for world-class innovative programs that cover all the program channels (campaigns, social, digital marketing, events, etc.)
  • Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to listen to input and understand regional needs
  • Collaborate closely with corporate programs teams to leverage and extend their programs and vendors, and understand our corporate programs
  • Provide direction to and manage vendor/agency relationships for optimal results
  • Manage to program KPIs, by analyzing program impact on revenue pipeline with needed root cause analysis and corrective action planning
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Build, motivate and inspire a team of seasoned program leaders



“Who you are?”

  • 10 yrs+ marketing experience, including program, solution and regional marketing
  • A proven marketing and business executive with an outstanding track record of leadership, strategy, and successful execution
  • Seasoned people manager who will coach and develop the team
  • A creative thinker, who has built innovative programs and driven to business outcomes
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, internally as well as with customers
  • Sales-oriented marketing leader who can roll up their sleeves to get things done
  • Computing experience (cloud, virtualization, security, networking etc) essential
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries and broad range of peers and executives
