Staff RF Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned RF design engineer with solid experience and knowledge in RF circuitry, antennas and wireless communication systems.


“What you will do”

  1. Responsible for the RF developments of WiFi access points, the assignments include but not limit to innovative concept, feasibility study, prototyping and performance optimization.
  2. Engage antenna vendors, evaluate performance and identify the right products.
  3. Ability to work independently and solve design problems, such as radios coexistence, RF interferences, etc.
  4. Work with software engineers in the areas of RF resources management and address other radio related issues.


“Who you are?”

  1. BS EE with focus in wireless engineering, with solid understandings of communication theory, electromagnetic fields and wave propagation, antenna theory.
  2. More than five years of experience in RF design.
  3. Hands-on experience in WiFi (802.11a / b / g / n / ac / ax) is highly desirable.
  4. Working experience in antennas.
  5. Bench skills in operating variety of RF measurement equipment.
  6. Familiar with RF and antenna simulation tools such as ADS and HFSS


  1. 通信工程、电子工程、电磁场与微波技术等专业本科以上学历
  2. 五年以上射频设计工作经验
  3. WLAN11a/b/g/n/ac/ax)设计经验并熟悉标准规范.
  4. 熟悉天线性能指标
  5. 有良好的射频基础知识,熟悉各种射频测试仪器的使用
  6. 熟悉RF和天线仿真工具ADSHFSS
