Marketing Campaign Manager

Job Summary

The Marketing Campaign Manager will execute demand generation campaigns to enable the company to achieve its sales goals.  Campaigns will run across all media including direct, web, syndication, social, paid search, and nurtures therefore a strong understanding of all is required.   All plans must have measurable return on investment (ROI) goals and results and be tracked accordingly.

This person works closely with the other members of the Marketing team and with many other internal groups and will have responsibility for executing marketing programs to successful measurable outcomes.


What you will do.... 

  • Execute marketing campaigns, webinars, nurture streams, digital programs
  • Use your strong writing abilities to create compelling email programs
  • Work daily in our marketing automation tool to create emails and landing pages supporting all events, programs, and campaigns
  • Track the results and ROI of marketing programs
  • Communicate marketing programs to internal and external audiences
  • Assist sales teams with their understanding and ability to leverage programs
  • Collaborate with external resources, such as writers, developers, press agents, online service providers and graphic designers
  • On-time delivery of campaigns and initiatives
  • Achieving ROI goals
  • Feedback from sales and other internal teams on the quality of support provided


Who you are:

  • 4+ years Marketing experience executing demand generation programs, webinars, nurture streams, digital programs, and more
  • Must have strong copy write skills
  • Knowledge of web marketing, email marketing and social media
  • Experience with Marketo or Pardot and Salesforce a plus
  • Highly organized worker adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven dedication to enabling quality through continuous improvement
  • Successful at working in a team culture and independently

BA in Marketing or similar field or equivalent
