Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing

Job Summary

As the owner of channel marketing programs, you’ll be one of our thought leaders in driving our efforts to ensure we are creating successful programs that generate leads and pipeline as well helping to enable, educate and plan with our partners to optimize the return from the relationship. This will include managing marketing funds and travel to European locations


What you will do.... 

  • Build co-marketing plans with each of our Distributors across the International region linked to revenue and market penetration goals
  • Build a scalable partner demand generation engine including co-branded campaigns, tools and assets to help partners create pipeline
  • Manage MDF funds to ensure they are with the right partners, on the right programs and delivering pipeline
  • Review proposals, approve MDF request and measure ROI
  • Define the KPIs and optimize program performance to ensure pipeline/lead targets are met Identify, define and deliver channel marketing tools and programs to assist the channel in generating leads, selling and closing deals
  • Continually analyze and track program success. Implement metrics to demonstrate ROI against channel marketing investment.
  • Be an internal advocate for partners among key stakeholders
  • Work with programs to develop processes to route partner leads and analyze ROI


Who you are...


  • Strong knowledge of channels, reseller and distribution.
  • Proven track record of developing successful partner lead generation programs
  • Expert in designing campaigns and programs to acquire across multiple methods from digital channels (SEO/SEM/retargeting/email, Linkedin, Twitter) to traditional channels (direct mail, etc.)
  • Analytic prowess to identify insights and optimize execution of campaigns/programs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders and communicate findings to Box senior leadership
  • extensive experience in high technology channel marketing
  • Passion for cloud and networking technologies
  • A willing collaborator with both internal and external parties
  • Some management experience is a plus



BA in Marketing or similar field or equivalent
