Job Summary

Aerohive Networks (The 'Hive') is seeking motivated, self-driven and results-oriented "closers" to join our Inside Sales Team based in our UK offices in Farnham, Surrey.  Successful candidates will have proficiency/Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken, along with a history of over-achievement in closing leads, supporting partners and selling products to customers by showcasing how effective the product is to their business and lives.  


Ideal candidates are sales athletes with highly infectious, energetic and driven personalities. This person must be able to manage all stages of the sales cycle, working closely with prospects, channel partners and the field sales teams. Fluent with CRM/PRM systems and comfortable working with and tracking key sales metrics, the ISR is a key player and important contributor to the overall success of the Aerohive Networks sales team.


"What you will do..."


  • Meets and exceed sales and activity targets
  • Proficiency/ in Swedish
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed a revenue quota on a quarterly or annual basis.
  • Previous experience in working within a “Two-Tier” Sales Model would be preferable
  • Cultivate qualified leads and manage the entire sales process
  • Contact prospects and partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, and seminars to communicate  initiatives  and develop opportunities within specified territories / verticals
  • Deliver professional sales presentations via phone and web technologies
  • Collaborate with field sales, channel partners, marketing, sales management, and product management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
  • Ensure reporting and communication is frequent and bi-directional
  • Accurately forecast and tracking of sales activities using



"Who you are..." 

  • Proficiency/Fluency in Swedish, written and spoken
  • Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing customers and channel partners
  • Work experience in inside sales, sales or sales support experience, ideally with a WLAN and/or network infrastructure or network security company.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate advanced technical concepts.
  • Familiar with (CRM Systems) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • BS/BA or equivalent in a technical or business discipline or equivalent is preferred.
